The publication entitled Selected issues of the labour market in the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodship in 2024 focuses on an important aspect of the labour market, namely potential labour resources, taking into account the measurement of labour underutilisation as defined by the International Labour Organization. The aim of the study is to present the size and structure of potential labour resources and to analyse changes in them in relation to previous years. In this publication, the potential labour resources are described as a population of economically inactive people, unemployed people and employed people working part-time. In addition, the study presents information on foreigners performing work who reside in the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodship. Where possible, data are presented by powiat and city with powiat status.
