The Office building is designed to have disability access (wheelchairs).
Since April 2012, there is also the possibility to obtain assistance from a sign language interpreter.
According to the Act of 19 August 2011 on sign language and other means of communication (Dz. U. – Journal of Laws – of 2011, No. 209, item. 1243 as amended) a person permanently or temporarily experiencing difficulties in communication has the right to call in a sign language interpreter when dealing with a public administration office.
The request for the assistance must be submitted to the office no later than 3 working days before the intended visit to the office.

The office will provide support for persons with disabilities at the time designated by them but if it is not possible it will determine another possible date.
Using an interpreter in the office is free only for the beneficiary, which is a disabled person within the meaning of the Act of 27 August 1997 on Vocational and Social Rehabilitation and Employment of Persons with Disabilities (Dz. U. – Journal of Laws – of 1997, No. 123, item. 776 as amended).
