The seat of the Statistical Office in Bydgoszcz is located in a building managed by the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodship Office. Directly at the entrance to the building from ul. Ks. Stanisława Konarskiego there are two parking spaces for vehicles of people with disabilities.

The rooms of the Statistical Office are located on the ground floor, 1st and 7th floor and in the basement of the building. There are stairs leading to the building and a wheelchair ramp on the right. Access to the building is completely paved, with lowered kerbs.

The main entrance to the building is located at ul. Ks. Stanisława Konarskiego. The entrance is equipped with sliding doors with motion sensors, which allows them to open automatically. The building's porter's lodge is located to the right of the main entrance.

The building in which the seat of the Statistical Office in Bydgoszcz is located is largely adapted to the needs of people with disabilities. It is devoid of thresholds that make it difficult to move around in wheelchairs, and is equipped with wide doors leading to individual floors of the Office.

The building has 5 passenger lifts equipped with sliding doors that are adapted for people with disabilities, including wheelchair users. Four lifts are located in the main hall on the left side of the main entrance to the building. Two of them (on the right side) are equipped with voice information (number of the floor on which the lift is located) for the blind and visually impaired, and numbers and letters in Braille are placed on the buttons and the numeric keypad. The fifth lift is located in another part of the building, accessible from the first floor.

The customer service, conference room and library at the seat of the Statistical Office in Bydgoszcz are equipped with an induction loop for the hearing impaired and Braille signs on the doors. The library is equipped with a magnifier and a text reading program for the visually impaired and blind.

The toilet for people with disabilities is located on the ground floor of the main hall in the corridor to the right of the lifts.

The Office provides access to a sign language interpreter when dealing with matters at the Office within 3 working days. In other rooms of the Office and in the building (except for the lifts), there are no Braille signs, no contrasting signs or in large print for the blind and visually impaired.

Building: Statistical Office in Bydgoszcz Branch in Toruń

The Branch in Toruń is located at ul. Mickiewicza 10-16. The administrator of the building is the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS) Branch in Toruń.

It is a detached five-storey building with a partial basement. The main entrance is located in the corner of the building on the south-west side, and the emergency exit is in the basement on the north side. In front of the entrance to the building there is a designated parking space for people with disabilities.

There are wide stairs leading to the main entrance, and a wheelchair ramp on the left side of the stairs. The porter's lodge is located to the left of the main entrance on the ground floor, opposite the stairs. There is a ramp to the right to allow use of the lift. The toilet for people with disabilities is located on the left side of the lift (it is not fully adapted, including the absence of an alarm notification system).

The branch occupies all rooms on the second floor. The rooms of the branch can be accessed from the main hall by stairs or by a passenger lift, which is equipped with voice information, and numbers and letters in Braille are placed on the buttons.

Customer service rooms (Informatorium, REGON register) are located in the customer zone (opened during office hours).

There are no Braille signs in the building (except for the lift), no contrasting signs (only in part of the building) or in large print for the blind and visually impaired. There are no induction loops in the rooms of the branch.

Building: Statistical Office in Bydgoszcz Branch in Włocławek

There is one main entrance to the building from ul. Piekarska 16a. Approximately 20 m from the building of the Branch in Włocławek, there is 1 parking space located in the right-of-way for people with disabilities.

Narrow stairs lead to the main entrance without a ramp for wheelchair users. The construction of a ramp is prevented by a narrow pavement, which cannot be widened, as the building is located in the historic part of Włocławek.

The building consists of four storeys. The branch occupies the ground floor and the second floor. Due to the construction solutions of the building (i.e. narrow staircase), it is not possible to install a lift in the building. The porter's lodge is located to the left of the main entrance.

Customer service rooms (Informatorium, REGON register) are located next to each other on the ground floor to the right of the porter's lodge in the room 002 and 004. There are no induction loops in the rooms of the branch. There is no toilet for people with disabilities.

The building is currently completely unadapted to the needs of people with physical disabilities (stairs, no lift) as well as for the blind and visually impaired (there are no Braille signs in the building, nor contrasting signs or in large print).

Building: Statistical Office in Bydgoszcz Branch in Inowrocław

The Branch in Inowrocław is located in the room 122 on the first floor of the building managed by the Sports and Recreation Centre in Inowrocław. There is one main entrance to the building from Aleja Niepodległości 4.

In front of the building there are designated parking spaces for disabled people. The entrance to the building has no stairs and is equipped with sliding doors. The porter's lodge is located to the right of the main entrance. There is a lift behind the porter's lodge on the right.

The building consists of 3 overground storeys. The lift is not fully adapted to the needs of people with disabilities: too narrow doors (80 cm), no voice notification and no signs for the blind and visually impaired (raised descriptions, numbers or symbols and Braille signs).

In addition, the building of the Sports and Recreation Centre in Inowrocław is largely adapted to the needs of people with disabilities. The toilet for people with disabilities is located on the first floor (it is fully adapted – it has an alarm notification system). The building uses contrasting markings of the entrance and internal doors as well as internal corridors and stairs.

There are no induction loops in the branch building. One of the customer service employees completed a basic sign language course.
